Coeli Manese

Seasoned artist Coeli Manese is a mixed media painter who primarily works with oil and acrylic. Center to her work is reflection and spirituality conveyed through Abstract Expressionism. Manese concocts her pieces with gentle geometry, her predilection for subdued gray and brown hues, and surface allusion of horizons. Since her career as a painter in 2018, Manese has achieved a Certificate in Curating and a Certificate in Arts Marketing from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London the year after. The following year, she achieved a Certificate in In the Studio: Post War Abstract Painting and another in Modern Art & Ideas from the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Manese’s technical skill and sensibility has achieved her 3 solo exhibitions spanning from 2020-2023.

Despite evolving her technicalities as an artist, Coeli Manese remains in touch with her inner gentleness and spirituality, her approach to painting as a way of devotion has been a constant to her identity. Her works remain unique and personal, embodying the artistic value of human ruminations.
